NPCIL Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (as on 17/06/2025):
- ST/SA (Category-I): 18-25 years
- ST/TN (Category-II): 18-24 years
- Assistant Grade-1: 21-28 years
- Age relaxation for reserved categories as per norms
- Educational Qualification:
- ST/SA (Diploma Holders): Diploma with ≥60% marks in relevant engineering disciplines (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical)
- ST/SA (Science Graduates): B.Sc with ≥60% marks (Physics/Chemistry/Maths combination)
- ST/TN (Plant Operator): HSC (10+2) with Science (PCM) and ≥50% marks
- ST/TN (Maintainer): SSC with ≥50% in Science+Maths + 2-year ITI in relevant trade
- Assistant Grade-1: Bachelor's degree with ≥50% marks
- Physical Standards: Minimum height 160 cm and weight 45.5 kg for technical posts

- For ST/TN (Category-II):
- Online Exam (Stage-1: Preliminary, Stage-2: Advanced)
- Skill Test (for Maintainer posts)
- For Assistant Grade-1:
- Online Exam (Stage-1: Screening, Stage-2: Advanced)
- Skill Test (Typing and Computer Proficiency)

Additional Notes
- Stipend during training period: ₹24,000-26,000 per month for ST/SA, ₹20,000-22,000 for ST/TN
- After training, candidates will be required to execute a bond to serve NPCIL for specified period
- Selected candidates will be on probation for one year

- Project Affected Persons (PAPs) get 20% bonus marks in selection process
