- Educational Qualifications:
- M.E./M.Tech: Minimum 60% or CGPA 6.5 on 10-point scale
- M.Sc/M.Sc Tech: Minimum 65% or CGPA 6.84 on 10-point scale
- B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 65% or CGPA 6.84 on 10-point scale
- B.Sc: Minimum 60% or CGPA 6.5 on 10-point scale
- Age Limit (as on 11.07.2025):
- JRF: 28 years (UR), 31 years (OBC), 33 years (SC/ST)
- RS (M.Sc based): 28 years (UR), 31 years (OBC), 33 years (SC/ST)

Additional Notes
- Positions are purely temporary for specific project duration (maximum 5 years for JRF and RS)
- Selected candidates may be posted at NRSC facilities in Hyderabad, Shadnagar or other locations
- Selected JRFs are encouraged to register for PhD from recognized Universities
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification
