Career Path and Salary
Selected candidates will be engaged on a fixed-term contract basis with attractive compensation packages. Field Engineers will receive monthly remuneration in the pay band of ₹30,000-3%-1,20,000 with initial basic pay of ₹30,000 + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @35% of Basic Pay, with an annual CTC of approximately ₹8.9 lakhs. Field Supervisors will receive monthly remuneration in the pay band of ₹23,000-3%-1,05,000 with initial basic pay of ₹23,000 + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @35% of Basic Pay, with an annual CTC of approximately ₹6.8 lakhs. After successful completion of each year, candidates will receive a 3% annual increment. The contract includes benefits like EPF, EPS, Gratuity, medical benefits, various leaves, and group personal accident insurance. After completing 2 years, eligible FTEs may get opportunities for selection to regular posts through internal processes.

Age Limit (as on 17.09.2025): The maximum age of the candidates should be 29 years. However, age relaxation will be given as per the government guidelines, such as 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates, and for ExSM, it will be as per the rules.

Selection Process
Eligible candidates have to pass the Common FTE Written Test for this recruitment. Then, for Field Engineer, qualifying candidates will be called for an interview. However, for Field Supervisor, direct empanelment will be done on the basis of the written test. At the last stage, document verification and medical examination will be conducted.
