Eligibility Criteria for RRB Section Controller Recruitment

Education Qualification: Candidates must have a graduate degree from a recognized university or its equivalent for this recruitment.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026): The age limit of the candidates must be between 20 to 33 years for this recruitment. However, age relaxation will be given as per the government rules, such as 3 years for OBC-Non Creamy Layer candidates, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD (UR/EWS), 13 years for PwBD (OBC-NCL), 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST), and 3 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates after deducting their service period. Application Fee

Eligible and interested candidates have to pay application fees for this recruitment. CBT Pattern

In the CBT examination, a candidate will get 120 minutes to answer 100 questions, where each question will carry 1 mark. The total marks of this examination are 100. There is also 1/3 negative marking in this exam. There are mainly three sections in this CBT exam: Analytical and Mathematical Capability, Logical Capability, and Mental Reasoning. 60 questions will come from the Analytical and Mathematical Capability section, and 20 questions will come from each of the remaining sections.
