LIC HFL Recruitment 2025: LICHFL invites applications from fresh graduates for engagement as apprentices in various offices across India. This is an On Job Training program to help graduates acquire soft skills, domain knowledge, and real-time work experience in the BFSI sector. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the post from 13th June 2025 to 28th June 2025. There are a total of 250 vacancies. Graduate students can apply for this post. The age limit for applicants must be between 20 to 25 years. Candidates have to go through the selection process mentioned in the notification. LIC HFL Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit:
    • 20 to 25 years as on 01-June-2025
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Graduation in any stream completed between 01-June-2021 and 01-June-2025
    • From Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE
  • Other Requirements:
    • Should NOT have any previous apprenticeship contract (running/terminated/completed) with any organization
    • Must be willing to undergo 12 months apprenticeship training

LIC HFL Recruitment - Selection Process

  1. Online Application: Through NATS portal only
  2. Entrance Examination:
    • 100 MCQs on Basic Banking, Investment, Insurance, Quantitative, Reasoning, Digital Literacy, Computer Literacy, English
    • Duration: 60 minutes
    • Online remote proctored exam using smartphone with front camera
  3. Document Verification & Interview: For shortlisted candidates at LIC HFL offices
  4. Final Selection: Based on entrance exam performance and interview

Examination Fee:

  • Rs.944 for General & OBC
  • Rs.708 for SC, ST & Female candidates
  • Rs.472 for PWBD candidates
