Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification:

  • Staff Nurse: Matriculation + Nursing Certificate + Registration
  • Chargeman (Electrical/Mechanical/etc.): Diploma/Degree in relevant engineering field
  • Pharmacist: 12th Science + Diploma in Pharmacy + Registration
  • Tradesman Mate: 10th pass + ITI Certificate in relevant trade

Age Limit (as on 18/07/2025):

  • Staff Nurse: Max 45 years
  • Chargeman: 18-30 years (varies by post)
  • Pharmacist: 18-27 years
  • Tradesman Mate: 18-25 years
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST: +5 years, OBC: +3 years, PwBD: +10 years

Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment Selection Process

To join the Indian Navy as a civilian, eligible candidates have to go through the selection process as mentioned in the official notification.
