SSC Junior Hindi Translator Notification 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites applications for the Combined Hindi Translators Examination 2025 for recruitment to Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted posts such as Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translation Officer, Senior Hindi Translator, Senior Translator, and Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) in various Ministries/Departments/Organizations of the Government of India. We all know about SSC — it is a government body that conducts several prestigious examinations such as SSC CGL, CPO, CHSL, MTS, and others. Similarly, it also conducts the SSC Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) exam.

Eligible and interested candidates can apply for this post from 5th June to 26th June. The mode of application will be online. SSC Junior Hindi Translator Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:
- Citizen of India, or
- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- Person of Indian origin who has migrated from select countries with the intention of permanently settling in India (eligibility certificate required).
Age Limit:
- For Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) in CRPF: 18–30 years as on 26-06-2025 (born not before 25-06-1995 and not later than 26-06-2007).
- For all other posts: 18–30 years as on 01-08-2025 (born not before 02-08-1995 and not later than 01-08-2007).
- Permissible age relaxations for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10–15 years), Ex-Servicemen, and other categories as per rules.
SSC Junior Hindi Translator Educational Qualification:
- Details to be provided in the full notification (refer to official notification for post-wise educational requirements).
Other Criteria:
- Only male candidates are eligible for vacancies in Border Roads Organization (BRO), if any.

SSC Junior Hindi Translator - Selection Process

Computer Based Examination (Paper-I): Objective-type test for all eligible candidates.
Paper-II: Descriptive test (details in official notification).
Document Verification: For candidates shortlisted based on written exams.
