CSIR NAL Technician Recruitment 2025: CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR-NAL), Bengaluru, a premier Research Laboratory under Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to 86 posts of Technician-1 in various trades on direct recruitment basis. CSIR NAL Recruitment - Age Limits

Upper Age Limit: 28 years (as on 10/07/2025)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (UR): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deducting military service
- Departmental Candidates: 5 years
- Sports Quota: 5 years (10 years for SC/ST)

CSIR NAL Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects and minimum 55% marks
AND ITI certificate in relevant trade OR
2 years full-time apprenticeship in relevant trade OR
3 years work experience in relevant trade in Govt./PSU

Trade-wise Qualifications:

Fitter (T-101): ITI in Fitter trade
Electrical (T-104): ITI in Electrical trade
ICT System Maintenance (T-106): ITI in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant

CSIR NAL Recruitment - Selection Process

Two Stage Selection Process:

Stage-I (Trade Test):
- Practical test in relevant trade
- Conducted by Selection Committee
Stage-II (Written Examination):
- OMR/Computer Based Objective Type Test
- Three Papers:
  - Paper-I: Mental Ability Test (50 questions, 100 marks)
  - Paper-II: General Awareness & English (50 questions, 150 marks)
  - Paper-III: Trade Subject (50 questions, 150 marks)
- Total Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes

Final Merit: Based on marks in Paper-II and Paper-III
