Oil India Limited Selection Process
Eligible and interested candidates have to go through the Oil India Limited selection process as mentioned in the official notification. Candidates have to pass two stages of the selection process: Phase I and Phase II. Phase I is an online Computer-Based Test (CBT), and Phase II is a personal interview.
- Phase-I: Computer Based Test (CBT) - Phase I is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) where candidates will get 1 hour and 30 minutes to answer the questions. The total marks for this exam are 100. Additional time will also be given to candidates with benchmark disabilities as per government guidelines.
- Phase-II: Personal Interview (PI) - Candidates who qualify the Phase I test will be eligible for the Phase II test. Phase II consists of a personal interview. The total marks for this phase are 15, and its weightage is 15% in the overall selection process.
Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS, 40% for SC/ST/PwBD
The merit list will be prepared based on the combined weightage of marks obtained in Phase I and Phase II.
Pay Scale & Benefits
