Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB XIV Recruitment

  • Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Preference: Agriculture, Horticulture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy). Proficiency in local language & computer knowledge desirable.
  • Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks. 2 years experience as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
  • Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer): Varies by field – IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture. Requires Graduation/PG with relevant experience (1–2 years).
  • Officer Scale-III: Graduation with 50% marks + Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
